Frequently asked questions
How does the monthly fee work?
You pay a fixed amount for the platform, on the annual or the monthly plan. On the annual plan the whole period is billed once, upfront, and renewed every year; it is not an installment plan. On the monthly plan you are billed month by month, with no lock-in. The plan includes 1 charger with up to 2 connectors, and each additional charger has a per-charger price. Current prices appear in the Pricing section of this page, calculated by our server, and are recorded in your subscription.
What is included?
Station, charger and connector management; PIX payments straight to your business's Mercado Pago account; price per kWh set by you; sessions, receipts and history of every charge; financial and energy reports; online/offline monitoring; a QR code per connector with Driver UAICHARGE in the browser; and the company portal with access for your team.
Does the money pass through UAICHARGE?
No. Drivers pay directly into your business's Mercado Pago account. UAICHARGE only receives the platform subscription, billed separately, and never holds or transfers charging revenue.
How do I connect Mercado Pago?
From the company portal, with Mercado Pago's official authorization (OAuth): you sign in to your business account on Mercado Pago itself and authorize UAICHARGE to create the charging payments. You never paste a password or token into the platform.
Which chargers are compatible?
Chargers with OCPP 1.6J that let you set the management server address. Each model's compatibility is confirmed during UAICHARGE's technical approval before going live; it is not guaranteed for every device.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You cancel renewal in the company portal whenever you want, and access continues until the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund. The monthly plan has no lock-in.
Who can subscribe?
Businesses and individuals in Brazil with a CPF or CNPJ and a Brazilian Mercado Pago account. Sign-up, contract and support are in Portuguese.
How do drivers pay?
With Driver UAICHARGE in the phone's browser, no app download: they scan the charger's QR code, choose the connector and pay by PIX, straight into the business's Mercado Pago account.
